MOISTURE TESTING
Visual Inspection - Looking for signs of a water problem for example: smell, humidity, condensation, deterioration, water stains on walls, ceilings and other surfaces. Often stains will be yellowish. If there is mold growing the stain might be darker.
* Use of moisture meter to detect moisture content in building materials such as but not limited to wood, drywall, etc.
* If moisture is detected as a result of an unknown source a leak detection is highly recommended to determine what the source is.
* If moisture is detected as a result of any water loss or water intrusion it is highly recommended that the property be properly mitigated/dried out to reduce the risk of microbial growth which can begin within the first 24-48hrs.
MOLD INSPECTION
* Samples are collected via air-o-cell, swab, or tape lift and taken to a lab for testing.
* Results are back within 24-72hrs with an easy to read report.
* If mold is detected, remediation is required to remove the mold. In order for the mold removal to begin the source of loss must be corrected or the problem and the mold will continue to exist.
MOLD REMOVAL & REMEDIATION
* If you have mold in your residential or commercial property then it's important to have the mold properly removed and contaminated areas treated, even if the mold growth is small. If toxic mold is not removed in the right way it can spread dangerous mycotoxins throughout your home.

POST REMEDIATION VERIFICATION
* The purpose of Clearance Testing is to determine the success of the mold remediation efforts inside of existing containment areas to document the areas remediated are safe for occupants to safely enter.
* Results of Clearance Testing are not a guarantee that mold does or does not exist in the house; the results are indicative only of the presence or absence of mold in the areas sampled at the time the Clearance Testing is performed.
* Must be done by a licensed mold assessor other than the remediation company
